UAE / INDUSTRIAL / FIELD GUIDE

Buying Industrial Machinery from China for UAE Factories

A structured equipment sourcing process for UAE factories: technical specifications, acceptance tests, spares, installation and shipping.

Define the production problem first

Describe the current production bottleneck, output target, product material, available floor area, utility supply, staffing and safety constraints. A sales brochure quoting maximum output may not reflect throughput for the actual product. Ask the factory to confirm a testable acceptance criterion and required upstream/downstream equipment.

Build a technical procurement specification

Request dimensioned drawings, electrical and control architecture, plant utility loads, guard and emergency-stop details, supported consumables, tooling and software requirements. Check compatibility with UAE power supply and site conditions. Identify installation, commissioning, operator training and remote support responsibilities before contract negotiation.

Structure a factory acceptance test

Ask for a documented FAT using representative product and measured metrics such as output rate, defects, downtime and changeover time. Where feasible, use independent technical review. Record the machine configuration that passed, the approved drawing revision and any unresolved punch-list items. Plan a site acceptance stage as well if installation performance matters.

Compare full project rather than machine price

Build the budget from equipment, molds and spares to packing, heavy-lift handling, sea freight, customs, inland delivery, installation, commissioning and future maintenance. Include spare-part lead times and warranty exclusions. Clarify ownership of technical documentation and remote access.

Send the right brief to TAVOXE

Share the machine's intended function, throughput, sample inputs and outputs, site location, utility supply, budget window and acceptance plan. We can explore manufacturer options and commercial comparisons, with all claims verified against the eventual supplier.
