Design for a hospitality wash cycle
Hotels have different needs from occasional-use home bedding. Define fabric composition, GSM or thread specifications, sizes matched to the property's beds, laundering temperatures, shrinkage allowance and expected replacement cycle. Ask the operations team about existing linen handling before selecting the product. Prioritize consistency over one attractive sample.
Build a complete property-level bill of materials
Separate fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bathmats and pool towels into clear SKUs. Confirm sizes, quantities per room, reserve inventory and any embroidered branding. A common procurement error is ordering items that look correct but do not match the property's standard dimensions.
Verify production quality with practical tests
Request wash and absorbency test results, color consistency checks, seam inspection, weight verification and packing-list accuracy. Keep a sealed reference sample per SKU. For repeat orders, confirm fiber supply continuity and acceptable shade variation. Agree who pays for rework or rejected goods and whether pre-shipment inspection is part of the plan.
Plan delivery to Dubai or other UAE emirates
Clarify carton labeling, palletization, hotel receiving windows and whether the shipment will go to a distributor or directly to a site. Ask an authorized UAE importer to confirm customs and textile labelling rules applicable to the products. Compare ex-factory and delivered prices on the same basis.
Request a hospitality sourcing plan
Provide TAVOXE with the hotel category, room count, full SKU list, dimensions, fabric requirements, expected reorder cycle, UAE delivery location and target budget. Pricing and lead time are confirmed after supplier assessment.
